LDK 700 is een inline lekdetectie systeem om de aanwezigheid van lekken en microlekkages in bierfusten te controleren. Het systeem controleert 100% van uw productie. De inspectie is gebaseerd op laser spectroscopietechnologie, die het ontsnappen van CO2 uit gaatjes of microgaatjes detecteert. Het systeem voert de inspectie uit, ongeacht het type verpakking (PET, staal, etc.), met een betere nauwkeurigheid en precisie dan traditionele visie- en vacuümmethoden. Er wordt geen contact gemaakt met de container en optimalisatie van de gereedschappen op uw productielijn.
