De Empty Bottle Inspection (EBI) machine is ontworpen om defecten in lege flessen te detecteren vóór de vuller. De inspectiemachine maakt gebruik van een nieuw concept van deep learning (AI) dat automatisch onderscheid maakt tussen inherente variabelen en defecten door de inspectieprestaties te verbeteren door subtielere defecten te detecteren, valse uitstoot te verminderen en het gebruik voor de operator te vergemakkelijken. Met onze inspectrische voor lege flessen kunt u elke kant van de fles nauwkeurig inspecteren op verontreinigingen, onvolkomenheden of defecten, waardoor storingen en uitval van afvulproducten worden verminderd.
